Steep sided slopes blanketed with thick forests, vast brush fields and alpine meadows provide perfect habitat for black bear.  Backcountry hunts, as well as, lodge based ranch hunts are available.  the Idaho Fish and Game Department has requested the help of this outfitter in assisting with their currect plan to bring the elk/predator relationship into balance.  This allows hunters here the opportunity to take two black bear each spring.

-Geographic Location-
This outfitter holds exclusive outfitting rights to over 740,000 acres of the Clearwater and Nez Perce National Forests under special use permit from the United States Forest Service.

At fourteen thousand square feet and built entirely of logs, this lodge offers fourteen spacious guest rooms - each with a private bath, individual heating and air conditioning, TV and VCR, and a patio with a scenic view.
